The Pulse Check x Southeast Asia surveyed over 360 local nongovernment experts from local and international civil society organisations (CSOs), donor-funded development programs, academia, the private sector and the media. Among those surveyed were former government leaders, foreign policy and national security experts, economists, scientists and leading thinkers from across the breadth of sectors in which Australia delivers development cooperation. This cohort was intentionally selected to contribute to a growing breadth of intelligence coming from nongovernment experts and to complement existing analyses of government perspectives.
Participants could choose to share their insights with complete anonymity. On each country’s webpage, you can see the participants who chose to be named.
